The best source for these is the Katalog der deutschen Firmenlochungen by the Arbeitgemeinschafe Lochungen.

Here's what you have:

1. G&J -- Grünebaum & Jacob, Frankfurt, 1914-1938
2. G&J -- Grünebaum & Jacob, Frankfurt, 1914-1938
3. JDR -- J. D. Reidel Chemische Fabrik, Berlin, 1913-1925
4. D.G.A. -- Deutsche Gasglühlicht A.G., Berlin, 1904-1929 (also, briefly in 1923, Auer-Stolz Beleuchtungskörper, Berlin)
5. C.G. -- Curt Georgiäth Ätherische Öle, Leipzig, 1914-1925
6. HW -- Hans Wunder Druckfarbenfabriken, Berlin, 1920-1930
7. AR -- Ariadne Draht-und Kabelwerke, Berlin, 1922-1942
8. B.S./S. -- Either B. Schott's Söhne (1910-1934) or Marma Musikinstrumente-Fabrike (1922), both in Mainz
