Help With India Scott 411 And 669

Need assistance in differentiating between SC 411 and 669. Both are bright blue Electric Locomotive, both photo, both wmk 324, both with same perfs.

Any ideas are welcome.

The difference is in how the denomination is inscribed:

#411 has "0.10"
#669 has "10"
