My two panes of 25 #620 (8-cent silver/multi-coloured Commonwealth Heads Of Government Meeting issue) have faded black/dark blue ink on the second vertical row.

The tiara, hair and centre part of the lettering are affected on positions 2, 7, and 12.

The tiara and hair fading is not as prominent on positions 17 and 22; but, the affect on the lettering is the same.

Has anybody else noticed this?

Sorry, no scan available.

Thank you Blackjag for answering.
For those who obviously may have missed it:
I said "Sorry, no scan available".
I also sent out an apology for the misuse of "affected"; but, that got lost in the wilds of the http://
My original posting was an honest attempt to get an answer; and, I thought my description was clear in lieu of not being able to provide a scan.
Again, sorry.
I also regret that I don't know how many mea culpas (or, is that mea culpi?) are required.
