Neat - one of those things where even if the stamp isn't worth a fortune (F copies are in the $40 range), there's still something special about it. |

Yes, I think James is correct. I just checked a sampling of used small queens and find JA for January, JU for June and JY for July. |

Yes worth keeping Gilles. If not send it to me.  It is uncommon to find dated cancels on stamps before the 1880's. |
