This is the first of a three part series.

This photo shows the five booklet singles on top of the souvenir sheet.


These are the same stamps, but under longwave ultraviolet light. I've also blacked out as much as the white backing paper on the booklet singles as possible to show the tagging differences between the booklet and souvenir sheet stamps.


This is an overlay to show the difference in tagging intensity between the booklet stamp (above) and the souvenir sheet stamp (below). The souvenir sheet tagging appears to have a greenish tinge.

Also notice how the design continues into the margin and sheet on the souvenir sheet, but stops before the die-cuts on the booklet.

It is hard to tell on my monitor, but is the SS perforated and are the SS stamps water activated?
