Anyone have any recent experience? I paid them £28 for an album from their website on 3 July - not a word from them since. On Monday evening I emailed them to chase up, and now on Wednesday evening I still have absolutely no communication from them. Don't they read their emails?

Not sure what to do if they don't respond soon!
