1787-1789 Establishment Anniversary of the Democracy in America. It's this wright? And there's (a picture), the Political Constitution of the USA.
In Reality in 1787 to 1789 Something happen with the French Revolution. And the Constitution of the USA was signed in 1787 and re-approved in 1788.
I love this Stamp any way because teach me a little of history.

Then Weakipedia is wrong, because they have THE RATIFICATION on June 21, 1788.
