Hi!
My grandfather had alot of stamps only a few from Australia, but interested in the stamp to the right. Any value? I cant read what it says... any sugestions?

The base stamp in Scott is listed with Image #A4. You will need to know the watermark to determine the actual Scott number. It could be one of several in Scott. (Scott #23 watermark 9 $2.50,Scott #62 watermark 11 $9.25, Scott #64 Unwatermarked $6.25, Scott #67 $1.10 watermark 203, Scott #114 watermark 228 $0.40). Examples of the various watermarks can be found on the following link. Scroll down to see how they align to the watermark numbers above

Added: Interms of value the highest value would be #62 $9.25. I added the 2015 Scott values to the above.

I can only guess, but it looks like the stamp's cancel includes the slogan "Australia's ?0th anniversary celebrations"

Hi - we don't want to steer you in the wrong direction, so, I have to say that condition is everything too. Your stamp shows the perforations are cut at the L/R corner and this will make the stamp worth less, in any case, and, for any given stamp.
