A Czech specialist who understands local and private overprints is needed.

Europe is flooded with all the overprinted of German Occupation and Liberation stamps amazing .I collected European occupation and liberation stamps for 30 years but in the past 10 years I seen so many overprinted stuff that never been seen after the war and 60 years after . Now tons of this stuff is for sale.
Three years ago at the big APS show in Milwaukee they had a collection of French occupation Hitler Head stamps with hundreds of stamps each a complete set had a different small town defacement or town name overprint . This was a amazing collection and it came with a letter from the bike ride who rode to each French town attesting to the fact ,surely a certificate of authentication. Amazing in 60 years no other set or stamp ever shown up .
I call it ebay trash . Waiting to see what the experts say about the above stamp .

The overprints on the two stamps seem pretty crudely done to me. And weren't these stamps released a bit early to be likely local overprints?

A late good friend of mine, Joan Santaeugenia Grau (Barcelona, 1921-2001) wrote a fully illustrated catalog on 1945 "Czekoslovakia Revolutionary stamps and overprints". I've the 1996 Edition.
From there, I can see that both B&M stamps showed here were used for the op and that the Czech arms overprint (the lion) looks very much like the ones that are depicted on the catalog.
But, as most were handmade,it's very hard to be sure that they're not fakes.

The heavy bleeding on these suggests modern inkjet creations.
