Not stamp related. A colleague, whom knows I have an interest of stamps, showing the "Phrygian Cap", sent me this image. I think it worth sharing. A ghoulish pair of earings. Note the heads of the Monarchs.  |

General broadcast. Following a suggestion of a French postmark 52 2/10th cents? Anyone recognise? Update: Think I have solved it, a Great Britain Passage markings, accountancy handstamp. I know nothing about accountancy markings, currently researching.  |
