I've been continuing the slow process of combining my collection with the one my Dad left me. I found three sealed glassine envelopes from the USPS that have the cog railroad stamps. Each has a label showing that it contains a strip of 25, but there are three different item numbers
777030
777130
777230
I can only see a plate number one the 777030 which shows "1".
Any knowledge of what the difference might be? Any reason not to open the sealed envelopes (it's not like these are rare)?
Thanks,

George
