I recently picked up a block of 1391 stamps shown below. Can someone tell me what the tagging for this stamp looks like? I've gone over it a dozen or more times with my UV light and can't find anything that even remotely looks like tagging. However, I find it hard to believe I picked up a $175 block of 4 for 50˘. Could someone please describe what the tagging should look like for these stamps? Thanks so much!
