Have the Gods smiled on me today? I found this one in an auction lot I bought some time ago. Would this be a Scott#3 Turkey in Asia? CV$150 Would appreciate opinions on validity of the opt, if so. Thanks.  |

Definitely used, or CTO I can see the ink remnants. (Lower left quadrant) Makes no never mind though, nice to welcome the fellow home.
You know, it's lying on my desk right now, with a few others, and the opt is barely recognisable, no wonder it slipped through from the past dealer.
