I use this one. If you use Scott, you realize that a perf 13 can be anywhere from 12 3/4 to 13 1/4 and they make mistakes too. For these measurements, you need to be sure the stamp is parallel with the line. Even a slight angle can affect results. I have to use a lighted magnifier to check.  |

Thank you Michael, I did check on Aussie ebay, none. The blocks of six were at reserve of $23. So we shall say $6-$10 for the large sheet, optimal. |

Thessaly. Shades and Forgery ID. Forgeries, are Perf 11˝, or note shape of "1", at the bottom of the "1" the arabesque curve is thick like a finger, if sharp, genuine.  |
