This is something that was kicking around the bottom of a box lot I bought a while back. Kinda neat, although a bit tattered. There is no date on it, but going by the stamps that are on it, I'd say early 1960's and commercially made.(?)
Stamps are glued on and not hinged, so they will stay. I just don't have a way to display it yet. But I bet a simple poster frame would work.

I, also.
I played a few of his Youtube videos, and to be frank, I found it to be a little dark. (at least, with what was offered.)
Watching the whirling Dervishes dance, is always a thrill.

Very nice Spain_1850.
Opinion:
Made for the tourist trade, I have a similar sheet from India Hyderabad.

Prior to the internet, articles like these fed the imagination, of far away, and unusual destinations.
Postage Stamps were the ambassadors for tourism.

Empire Study
1876
Sc#76 2 gurush Black and Reddish Brown. CV $2 used $5

Shows increasing Light damage until background can disappear altogether.
2 pi exists without background in the Eseler essay, but is imperforate.

If no background...Check Postage Dues !

Last image SPIRO forgery.
1. Incorrect font for EMP : OTTOMAN
2. Poor copy of Arabic numerals
3. "2" of piastres incorrectly drawn.
4. Ghastly forged Postmark.
5. No sloping "S" as last S of Piastres.

Note : Damage to white frame to the right of OTTOMAN...This appears to be consistant with the printings of the 2 piastres of several Catalogue numbers.

Very interesting Rod...keep it up!!

Unless my eyes are playing tricks - or insane amount of light damage - I believe your 3rd stamp is a postage due - #135. Those 3 postage dues were printed without background designs.

Tell me this is not so.................

Update:
Oh Good grief! it's a Sc# J38 CV: $3 used $15

See, that's a good opportunity to see "auto suggestion" in action.
I swore I could see a slight red tinge to the background.

Thanks for the information Rod. I hadn't thought of the tourist trade angle, but it makes sense.
