I am new to stamp collecting.Is this Queensland one penny pair and error? Perforated around and imperforate between stamps.

It is a pair, but it is also perforated in between The perfs are on the left stamps right border.

That is a lovely brace of stamps for the Postmark collector.

Postmark =

450 - Gympie / Urandangie
Gympie post office, 72 km south of Maryborough, used as a replacement canceller. The 0 appears as a C from its inception until sometime after 1898
Sideface Barred Numeral Type 2 a (6.5 mm) is rated Common
