I would be very grateful if you can help me with
the basics: how to determine the year of issue (1868 or 1872)

and if this is an unique anomaly?
upper & right side no perforation
left side perforated
down side some perforation dents

I think most collectors would refer to this as an 1868 issue of the 2c Large Queen even though there are later printings of the same stamp design into the mid 1870's on different shades and papers. The later Small Queen issue had a very similar design on a much smaller size stamp.

The margins are not supposed to be imperf but there have been cases of larger margins on this stamp where someone has cut off the perforated edges therefore making it look imperforate.

It's an extremely rare case where the stamp is truly imperf or partially imperf possibly due to broken pins on the perf machine. This would be an anomaly. Tough to tell, though.

Remember, perforations had just been around for less than a decade, starting with Scott #11. Naturally, some people continued to just cut stamps apart as they had done before.

Unfortunately, I'd say this is what happened here. The top and right borders aren't straight. The perfs at the lower left definitely look clipped. Sorry to dash your hopes of a rare find :(
