More progress on my 1947 edition spreadsheet. Finished scanning in the G and H pages. Quick pass through my mounted stamps shows the following percentages:

G 76.3 %
H 81.9 %

I bought some inexpensive BoB revenues in January. About 150 items for $50. I temporarily put them in Vario pages. I finally started to catalog into my major listing, and mount into my BoB album. Revenues are not my bailiwick, but I like the 'Battleship' series both propriety & documentary. I may try to fill some inexpensive holes @ the Boston 2026 Show.

I have been working with Germany. There are so many post WWII occupation sections - combined, tri-zone, bi-zone, individual plus Berlin.

I've been working through the latest International Society of Worldwide Stamp Collectors (ISWSC) exchange circuit mailing. Chose small size this time around and interestingly, am filling a lot of inexpensive spaces. Don't know where I else I would find these without buying other collections with a lot of duplication.

I'm glad to see someone else using ISWSC exchanges. I like them for the same reason as you, it lets you fill in blank spaces for cheap stamps easily. Unlike you, however, I've had very poor luck with the small size circuit exchanges. Too many participants put in super-common stamps that few experienced collectors would ever need.

I've had much better luck with the large size exchanges. And the online large circuit exchange run by Igor is a delight, with lots of high quality stamps. And the competition with others for the selections online is a lot of fun.

Yesterday was the monthly meeting for the Central Oregon Stamp Club. We had a presentation on EFOs and some trading and club sales along with member item sales.
If anyone is in Central Oregon and wishes to attend for any reason, all are welcome.

Finished up with Germany except ID's this label. Steiner could have spent a little more type on the information on some early Germany pages. I could not find it with the stamp ID app I use.

Presumably a Cinderella, or adjunct thereto.

Looks like a return to sender label, "name no longer exists" or "no longer at this address".

The top line in German means : Company no longer registered as a company in the business registers.

The bottom French line basicly the same: This company name no longer exists.

So perhaps Swiss, or German occupation of France (or vice versa)?

Or Belgium. German occupation: it might just be the Alsace. The German letters make Switzerland less likely.

Added 49 French Guinea to my 1947 Big Blue. Only missing 2 stamps, both cheap. Brings the F countries up to 80.2% complete. Was previously at 77.6%.
