Sorry guys I found the stamp immeadiately on ebay 1867 Austria 5 KR stamp Vienna Austria!

You close but not quite exact ; this is a 1874-84 fines print for use in Austria only. the 1867 was coarse printing. The cancel is from Josefstadt a district of Vienna


See coarse at left, fine at right

WoW area66 you are definitely correct the stamp is 1874,and there was a Austrian Hungarian period in Austria's history which reflects the stamps design!! Thanks for your feedback...edw_kim
