Hi guys...Was looking through one of my stock book and pulled out these
Scott 90 stamps..They caught my eye, something was not normal..
Take a look at the pics I posted..Trying to figure out if these are..They are not the best of shape, but will do.
1 - normal re-entry.
2 - Shifted re-entry.
3 - Shifted transfer.I would have sent them to Ralph at re-entries.com, bt he is still grieving and don't want to bother him at this time...What do you guys think..?
