I am usaully pretty good at looking these up in Scott but this one stifles me. I would expect this to be part of the 1969 or 1971 set with overprints but I cannot seem to locate it. In stampworld webpage it lists this as 1969 airmail but I cannot locate the combination of C$.0.50 on a 70 centavos. Actually I cant seem to find the base stamp as 70 centavos. I am sure I am just blinded on this one - any help is appreciated.
