Une question. I recently acquired a run of these documents, which were issued to provide funds for the postal museum in Paris (yes - I'm sure many of you think they're tacky, but I rather like them). My copies came in indiividual A4 holders with a textured surface. Is this how they were originally issued, or is this simply the previous owner's storage method?
