Scott 128A - Why No Hairlline Information..?

Hi guys..Wonder why Unitrade has no hairline variety associated with this Scott 128a stamp...?

Hairline? I think it may be what we call here a doctor's blade line? Looks like some ink left on a roller of the press, bur not really like a hairline(crack). These are fairly common on some US stamps but Scott does not list them either.
