Yes, but if I were just starting out, I would love to have them. They are a nice mix of mint stamps.

Postage and a pain for the postal workers when the machines reject and they have to hand cancel.

It looks like there was a humidity problem. Any stamp damaged in front or on back are postage. Check for more damage among the ones stacked in the pages. They need to be put in a different album and possibly mounts. It is ok to stack used stamps in this manner but not unused. You take the risk of the stamps sticking together.
