What Kind Of NY State Revenue Stamp Is This?

I would like to know what kind of Revenue Stamp tis is? Is the color of the paper (greenish with red print) consistent with the variety? I took pics of the two top corners (right & left) to help determine if this is a new undiscovered stamp. I tried to have it identified at the APS Quick ID but they said I needed a specialist and they only allow 1 image. I hope that you can see that the right corner if filled and the left is partially filled. If you need better pics please let me know, I have a old camera.

Not a US revenue, but a New York State revenue. These are not listed in Scott, but if you look for some info please use the "search" function on the top of this place. Just type in "New York Revenues",

Common N.Y. state revenue stamp. Stock transfer. No error here.

I think this is ST67 in the catalog from the State Revenue Society. That would make it the 2 cent transfer tax stamp for 1914.
