This is a new one for me, "Ungummed Error". Of course there is no Cert to go with it. Just a new way to market stamps without gum? or outright fraud?

Although I expertise postal stationery, sure looks like this one has been soaked.

Seller disinformation. Pregummed paper was used. No need to apply gum after printing.

Clark,
Is it (remotely) possible that a sheet of paper missed the pregumming process and then was printed anyway?

I'm sure it is possible for a sheet to go through the system gummed. The question is how would you tell that from one where the gum was soaked off?

The paper is fed from huge rolls, not sheet-by-sheet.

Ah, thank you John!
Don

P.S. - I contacted the seller and he was conscientious; he replied professionally and promptly ended the listing.
