Hitler Stamps Value?

I bought this lot on ebay for $2 and free shipping. Idk anything about stamps but I thought they'd be cool to add to my coin collection to add some variation. I know the stamps with Hitler's face are worth close to nothing but I don't know about the other 4. I tried researching them and it said something about insurance stamps?? Also are these stamps supposed to feel like very fragile and papery? Almost like old paper currency?

I usually shred Hitler stamps when they show up in collections. Maybe they will be scarce some day.

I'll take them lol.. So I guess that block of b-4 insurance stamps are worth about $10 altogether? Also another question, I notice the block has some kind of anti counterfeit things on the back. Are the regular stamps supposed to have them?
