Bad Retouch Or Shifted Transfer...?

Hi guys..Excuse the shape of this Scott 106c stamp..Found it in my stock book..Can't figure out if it is a bad retouch or a shifted transfer..Unitrade doesn't recognize it..What do you think..?

Interesting. I wouldn't expect a bad retouch in two different places with exactly parallel errors. In addition, I would expect a shifted transfer to be complete lines, whereas the lower line in your example is incomplete.

How about showing us the upper right to see if it is twisted?

A keeper for sure.

Not twisted partime...I am leaning towards BAD retouching..Some one in a real hurry.

Robert, Your stamp is listed on re-entries.com as 2c carmine re-entry #60. Ralph calls it a "sharp re-entry, likely a re-touch".
