I sent away for this "Skyview Drive-In" pictorial postmark from Illinois.

On my return mailer, I used a 5079a from the Classics Forever issue. They were considerate enough to apply the pictorial to the return mailer, and I ended up with this treasure: George Washington, emblazoned with the imperative "DRIVE".

Wow, the centering on that classics forever stamp is atrocious. You would think modern technology would be much better.

Oh, absolutely. They aren't all horrible, but that is how this one came to be used as return postage on a SASE.
