Hello, I am new to stamp collecting. I have a large quantity of stamps that have been passed on to me over the years and I finally have time to take a look at them. I'm trying to learn as much as possible. It is very interesting, a little bit mind boggling and lot overwhelming. Where to start, where to start? How about here... What is it?

Yes, a revenue.
Mexican Revenues are a vast collecting nightmare for us "newbies"

Best we can do is mount, and let them accumulate as they arrive.
I have the 1894 "Durango"
