This isn't Paris, with its cluster if shoos around Rue Druot, I'm sorry to say. As I think others will confirm, the days when the area around The Strand was teeming with shops selling stamps and accessories are long gone, although the Stamp Centre, opposite Gibbons, remains. There's also a Sunday market at Charing Cross. Property and rental prices have largely killed interesting small businesses in the West End. If you have time, you may find more shops with extensive stock out of London.
As Geoff said, it's all within a short walk - Stanley Gibbons on the Strand, the Stamp Centre opposite, and then down the side street by the edge of Charring Cross station, the market can be found. It's inside a covered car park, with electric lights. The entrance is at the bottom of the slope. I'm not aware of anywhere else.
ohadz - I would recommend you do not go to dealers - rather - go to auctions. Massive collections of British Commonwealth go for pennies. I've sold / auctioned several and got almost nothing for them.
