Just came across another for all the experts out there. One of the 7N4 has a serif type "1919" font the other is more a "times new roman" font. I presume one or both is a forgery?

I have a large collection of Hungary,
however Serbia is outside my knowledge area.

Here is my example of an Opt, which matches others I have seen on blogs.
Often in other issues, the "B" of Baranya is broken in the middle.

Whether your other is genuine , or not, needs someone else to respond.

PS: Going by Stanley Gibbons 1963 catalogue reproductions
There are seriphed numerals, but not so distinct as your distant scan would suggest.
At this point I would have your seriphed example as "doubtful"

I agree... the pictures are not zoomed in close enough to really look at the serifs. Serifs are a regular plate variation that command 2 to 5 times the regular value; that sounds good until you realize the stamp is probably worth 25 cents without the serifs; making it, at best, worth only about $1.25
