I found this Portugal stamp. Have done some research and I can't find any overprint 130 reis on a 75 reis. Please advice I know that it says is very uncommon. Please advice. Thank you Mara
My Scott lists it as Cape Verde 74, 130 reis on 75 reis carmine, of the 1894 King Carlos, design number A3. Number 163 is the 1/2 cent black Ceres key type on ordinary paper (unless rogdcam is referring to a different catalogue?) Lists at $3.00 used, but check the perfs, if it's perf 13 1/2 it lists at $200.00 - italicized.
