I am trying to determine if I have a Scott 892 (5m olive ('73)) or a 892A (5m bister ('76)). I looked on ebay and Hipstamp in an attempt to find examples of each. I found nothing on ebay, and on Hipstamp only examples of 892 (assuming they were cataloged correctly).

Can anyone point me to images of both. Or a comparison of olive and bister.

Thanks.

I thought that the 1976 issue is the one in which only Ramses II is coloured in and the background is white, whereas the 1973 issue is fully coloured?

@JamesFarrow: The catalog is not clear in that regard; it just says olive or bister. I may just go with that differentiation for now.

@Petert4522: Thanks for the tip re:stampworld.com. I am I correct in guessing that is uses SG rather than Scott numbers?

@floortrader: My copy best matches your middle stamp. What catalog do you use for Egypt? I am using Scott as I am using Steiner pages.
