Unidentified Stamp - Possibly Freedom From Hunger Charity Stamp

Hello there

This is my second new post and it concerns another mystery Arabic stamp that I've spent many an hour trying to identify. It looks as though it's connected to food as part of the image looks like wheatsheafs - at least that's what I see

I would be really happy if someone could put me out of my misery and identify the country, value and what it's all about. I have another post in the Classic stamps forum trying to identify an older Arabic stamp. Any help on that would be appreciated too.

It's a slow day at work so I'm hunting around on Google to see what I can find. A better image of the stamp with less margin might yield results in Google image search. Since the quality of the picture isn't great the best I'm getting right now is that Google thinks it's a postage stamp. *sigh*

It may be a "stamp tag TAB" that belongs to a genuine postage stamp issue.
