Would this set happen to be the 35th anniversary error set that wasn't supposed to be released? Thanks for your input. Jonathan

No, these are regular stamps issued with error corrected. The stamps with error has two extra characters before "#21313;#26376;". In addition, the color of the print with error has a slight different color.
