This is a tough page to complete.

These were the last regular Turkish postage stamps to be used using the old Ottoman Turkish script before Turkey adopted its new alphabet.

I see in the catalogues there were two obligatory tax (postal tax) issues about the same time in 1928 that still used the old script but I've not seen any dates (or even months) of issue for these.
