Hello,
I have recently inherited an interesting stamp I have never seen before nor have found via internet searches. The description of the stamp is very textual and concrete. I was just wondering if anybody has came across one like this and if anybody has any opinions on the value? Would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi Madison. Your stamp is part of the Natural History issue of May 8, 1970.
By the way, welcome to the forum. The Scott catalog number for this stamp is 1397.

Just in case there is confusion, the Smokey Bear/forest fire prevention image is a slogan cancel applied to the stamp when it was used; it's not a part of the stamp design.
