E5 Would This Qualify As Line Of Color Thru Postal Delivery?

Anyone have an example of E5 with line thru postal delivery? I picked this up today as a regular E5 but noticed the line in postal. Would this qualify for that particular example?

I believe it to be just that. Im no expert and I'm sure one will reply to your post. I have one like yours but mine has a blue dot on the right side of the O in postal. I can't remember where but read that the line doesn't always go thru the word delivery. I sure someone here I knows this as well. I hope this helps. Nice stamp just the same.

Yes - this is the "line through postal" variety that is listed in Scotts Specialized at 4x normal. Good find.
