Hi Rob Quote: It will take a little while as there are many varieties, some of the varieties are scarce and some run in progressive order. Progressive plate flaws in the era after KGV's looks to be a area with plenty of stock around. So your work is a smart way to go as a collector. Collecting progressive plate flaws in this or that issue looks good to me. To get some affordable issues, very common issues or easier to get in bulk issues. Yes I am interested in progressive plate flaws. Thanks for the reminder as a must to collect. |

Yes, John, fascinating, I see in my minds eye, collectors at their desk poring over such minutia....it tickles me They are the real "Philatelists" though, from which, we all benefit. Makes my hobby as just a "collector" so much more enjoyable. I often overhear guys and gals, at auction "tea breaks" discussing the vagaries of the most arcane topics. I cannot help smiling. esp when I realise I am part of that posse. |

Rob, I have seen a post on the internet, conclusion a Cinderella marketed by a dubious vendor back in 2008.
One point was the 4½d which was the postcard rate to the United States. No national reason at that time for that value.
Currently 5 bids to $12.50
