Solved Sc#31a 1918 CV: $100 / $175 (Albeit, looks like a fiscal cancellation) P12 3rd watermark Die ll Type: "P" is between "I" and "S" of ISLANDS This stamp is 3rd wmk Die 11 ACSC 13(1)d White flaw over "T" of THREE. 1L55 Mint $600 Used $450 as normal stamp Just received further advice re cancel.......
