I cannot read properly your Postmark, is it MOUNT IDA ? (RRRR)

Collecting Postmarks. "Relief" Postmarks Relief postmarks were used when the normal postmarks were misplaced, worn or broken. Once the working postmark was replaced or repaired, the relief postmark went back into reserve until needed again.
