Possible new flaw discovery. I cannot see it listed in ACSC 2007 I call it "Tear Drop under eye" Small multiple Watermark Crown A, Type 5 Mullett Plates (Die 1a) Perf 13½ x 12½ ACSC 107c ? (Sc#72a) Pale Blue? Welcome anyone else with similar flaw.  |
