I have the 2007 edition and there is no reference to the re-touch you describe. However, I can clearly see what you are referring to in the scan. |

It is not listed in my 2014 ACSC either. I'll have to look through my copies now. Good catch. |

First ever dealing with "Millenium Auctions" Impressed. Initially thought postage was expensive, maybe "gouging" but it was perfect (to the cent) as shown on cover. Sc#1143 1989 85c stamps CV: $2 each used  |
