Don, I am Dutch and do not recognize it either. But I am pretty syre it is not a precancel - the roller cancel that Rod shows is the only kind I know of.
Hello Don not a precancel, but part of a larger normal cancel. I can not show an exact example becouse I cannot find one. but I can show a cover that gives you a good idea. Imagine a stamp on the left of the brown 20 ct stamp. kind regards, Johan.
