Good morning all. The attached was found while going through an envelope of Russia, CZO and Hungary. I am traveling so do not have access to a scanner for a better quality picture. If too fuzzy to ID I will take a better scan later when back home. Any assistance in identifying is greatly appreciated. The cancel is "Marburg".

Thanks for the leading! It does appear to be Yugoslavia 3L3 with PORTO overprinted twice on the stamp. I cannot find where 3L3 was overprinted nor does the overprint on this stamp match 3LJ19 - 3LJ32 as seen in Scott specialized. Sooo guess the mystery continues.

The postmark is from Maribor in Slovenia ("Marburg an der Drau" in German).

Finally got to scanning this at a better resolution. If anyone can help solve the mystery it is greatly appreciated. Could not find anything in Scott Specialized or other listings.

Not seen anything like it in my travels.
Looks suspicious (Philatelically inspired perhaps?)

What you can do, is learn to employ Google and text strings.

Use known terms for the article in question.
example: "Chain breaker", "Yugoslavia", "bisect" "Porto"
Use different mixtures.

I did that and come up with your stamp, however it does not explain its use, its validity etc.
