Penny Red Imperf J Flaw, Plate..? Need Help, Please.

Purchased this stamp today even though not plated, because of the nice J flaw and what looks like vertical guide lines touching both the upper and lower stamp. My best guess is plate 15 after checking SG specialized catalog. Appreciate any feedback.

Plate 15 is correct. A square footed J and NE frame break.
