Each Christmas my wife buys me the USPS Yearbook/Mail Use packet. (While the value is debatable, it is one of the few ways that she can buy me something 'stamp'.)
But this year I cannot seem to find any SKU/listing for these items at USPS online store or printed catalogs. I have not yet tried to call the Cave; perhaps they discontinue these? I am just getting old and feeble? Don
I just received the latest USA Philatelic and was looking for the 2016 Yearbook as well. It did not appear. I also like to have this item as a reference source for the USPS yearly issues. I hope diane is correct in that some news on this issuance will be forthcoming.
I have purchased the annual mail use packet(without the year book). It is an inexpensive way to catch up for what is off sale but always found it missing issues (not 100% complete).
