Found this booklet in my latest postage lot. Does that count as an EFO? Can someone give me some pricing guidance?

The top one is probably not worth much since there is barely any partial there, but the bottom one is much nicer. I would check with ebay in the EFO section and keep in mind that some folks seem to think that one can retire on one of these!

My guess: top:1-2$ bottom: 4-9$ I collect these. The Durland catalog notes the scarce numbers - not these.

Thanks guys! chasa, by "scarce numbers" do you mean plate numbers? Is it the Durland Standard Plate Number Catalog or the U.S. Booklets and Booklet Panes, 1900-1978?
