This has the break in the bottom frame line that Scott Catalog attributes to the J. W. Scott reprint. But, unused and huge margins...makes me think this is a fake. Any thoughts?
Larry Lyons' book "The Identifier for Carriers, Locals, Fakes, Forgeries and Bogus Posts of the United States" illustrates and identifies this one as "Forgery A, Type VI" of 87L51 (vol II, page 639). He does not specifically attribute this forgery to Scott. The accompanying pricing guide suggests a value of $1.
